We from ClanBase are once again proud to announce a new season of OpenCups!
This new season also includes TrackMania Forever of course!! (List of all the cups can be found here)
This season we offer a TMF 1vs1 cup and a 3vs3 cup
Wait, wait, I don't have a ClanBase account {yet}, wassup?
You can register an account here, which is totally free =)
After you have created (and activated) your own CB account, you need to enter your TMF login as "guid" on CB, this can be done here
Don't forget this step, since you can't sign up for the TMF OC when your TMF guid isn't filled in!
But I really suck and have never played a TMF/CB war before?
Don't worry, the cup is divided in several divisions, during the sign up you have to give yourself a skill number (on a scale of 10).
If you fill this in seriously you will never end up in the highest division, but the admins will put you in a lower / lowest division together with the other less skilled players
When will the cup be played?
The shedule looks like this:
[*] Signups open - 24th of August
[*] Signups close - 7th of September
[*] Groups created - 14th of September
[*] First matchweek - 29th of September
[*] First playoff round - 10th of November
[*] Season ending - 8th of December
So go and sign up before it's to late =)
Which maps will be played?
Well we haven't got a specific mappack yet,
but you can expect a mix of new maps and maps from the previous mappack(s)
Which prizes can I win?
Well there is nothing sure about prizes yet, but there are some rumours that there will be =)
However if there aren't any prices,  just keep in mind what a great time you had and how fun the game really is =))
