I dont like it centred tbh.
That brush let it make fit better at the right bottom side.
But it might be it simply doesnt fit fcours.

You should have left the text on its place as it was (yes, 13 behind the text) :p
And the 13 a lil to the left, so that it doesnt crosses the right-border of the box (and even a little more, something like 10-20px to the left from the right side of the box)

There's something to do with that first version!
For the 13, the position is ok, the font is good enough and fits the brush well (not something simple and "static"), just some fine-tuning left i would say!

Try some stuff with outer glows to give the edges a little more contrast.
And maybe something with a little blur on it.
Or a duplicate of the same 13, make it a little bigger (1/4th or something), put it behind the original one (centred in the middle) and blur it alot (and maybe experiment with the transparency).

And 2 more lil notes:
- make the white box come as low as the text next to it (so just a lil less high)
- dont use a capital in the bullets list for just 1 thing (make it all equal, so Teams mode->teams mode, Tech tracks->tech tracks, and at the bottom again Tech track->tech track)
